If your products are custom crafted, what does “In Stock” mean in your online shop?

When a product is marked “In Stock”, it indicates that the product is available to be put into the production queue.   Since each product in our online shop is custom crafted, production begins when product is ordered and paid for in full.

What does “Out of Stock” mean in your online shop?  

When a product is marked “Out of Stock” it indicates that the product is not available to be put into the production queue. Since each product in our online shop is custom crafted, production materials may not be available for this product.

Previously I saw a product I wanted, but it has since disappeared from your online shop?  

When a product does not appear in our online shop it means the product is no longer available for order or puchase.

Why does Themarketplace.biz receipt show the company name Bella Teres?  

TheMarketplace.biz is a division of Bella Teres LLC.  As a result, your receipt will show the name Bella Teres LLC.

What if my product(s) are Damaged when I receive them?

If your products are damaged upon arrival, please do the following with 48hrs (2 business days) of delivery:

  1. Immediately photograph any damaged packaging
  2. Open and inspect the contents of the package – photographing any damage to products or contents.
  3. Contact Customer Support immediately to report damage
  4. Provide photos of all damaged contents.

TheMarketPlace.biz will assess the damage and replace as appropriate.

What is your Standard Production Time?

Because our items are custom crafted our standard production time is 5-7 business days.  We try to work as quickly as possible to fabricate your custom items, however, quality will always be the benchmark priority over expediency.  Once products have passed our Quality Control inspection, they are then packaged and shipped to the recipient.
